            Every being living on earth has to take food for their existence. Depending on the natural environment the type of food taken by them are different. when think about man he is the most superior from among the animals. He spends most of his expenses on food. this shows importance of food. Selection of food in important for man for his healthy living.

            more nourishing food has to be taken by the youngsters or teenagers to keep the fitness of their active life. What are the healthy food? the boys are very active, they play and study, so they require lot of energy. This has to be got from meat, fish, milk, fresh fruits, eggs, vegetables and so on. In addition to this some parents on doctors advises provide vitamins. Since breakfast is the first meal taken for a day it has a reliable impact with the body system. Our meal should be balance. It should have vitamins, Protein, Iron, Calcium and other ingredients necessary to build up the body parts.

            Now days the society is very busy, Because of financial problems both parents go to work. This induces many to go for readymade food or short eats.  Readymade food in mainly made up of flour, which has no nourishing components. Nobody can be sure of the cleanliness these readymade foods. continuous taking up of these food will lead to serious sicknesses at the latter part of the life. Because of this pattern of food, our present and future generations have to suffer from sicknesses like high sugar, heart attack, pressure, cancers and so on. It is very unfortunate situation. The school going children are going after readymade food without knowing the bad effects on them.

            There are lot of advantages in preparing food at home. This is the cheapest way of preparation. This can be preparing to fit for one’s taste. pure vegetables and other needs can be added according to the wish of the family. since the preparation of food is a collective exercise a good understanding will create in the family. This also provide a chance to make a balance diet.
